Courier partner selection is automated based on serviceability, speed, and reliability for your delivery location.

Paid Shipping is applicable on orders below ₹1000

Exact shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Non-metro & other locations: 5–8 business days

Remote or hard-to-reach areas: May take additional time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner operations, weather conditions, local restrictions, or logistical delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking ID and tracking link.

You can track your order in real-time using the provided link.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment options.

No Returns or Exchanges

At present, CloverCub does not offer returns or exchanges.

We request customers to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product or if your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@clovercub.com

Please share clear images/videos of the package and product to help us investigate with the courier partner.

CloverCub will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.
